Good communication is pivotal to healthcare. This day will explore the key skills required to ensure excellent communication occurs between the health professional, patient, family and the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of palliative care.

Combined Elderhealth / Palliative Care Study Day.
Following the success of last years “Touching the Senses” Seminar we will provide a study day with excellent speakers from both fields.
