Palliative Care Symptom Control Guidelines for End of Life care

These sessions are run as part of the Palliative Care Partnership (PCP) programme for General Practice Teams, in conjunction with Central PHO.

PCP Full Training

Time: 7.00pm – 9.00pm
Tuesday 8th , 15th, 22nd May
Location: Arohanui Hospice

PCP Update

Members of the Partnership Programme are contractually obliged to attend one ‘PCP update’ session per year.

Alternatively, to fulfil your ‘update’ requirements, you can attend any palliative care education session provided by Arohanui Hospice or a CANCER RESEARCH TRUST BREAKFAST SESSIONS.

IMPORTANT: Registrations for attendance at PCP sessions to be made with CPD Administrator. Enquiries to: enquiries@centralpho.org.nz or Alana Nuku (06) 354 9107.

  • Tuesday 3rd April: 12.30 – 1.30pm at Health On Main
  • Tuesday 5th June: 12.30 – 1.30 pm at Horowhenua Health Centre
  • Tuesday 3rd July: 12.30 – 1.30 pm at Pahiatua Medical Centre
  • Tuesday 7th August: 12.30 – 1.30 pm at Otaki Medical Centre
  • Tuesday 4th September: 12.30 – 1.30 pm at Dannevirke Community Hospital
  • Tuesday 2nd October: 6.00 – 7.00 pm at Arohanui Hospice
