Resource Network Group
Purpose
The purpose of this group is to improve outcomes of care for the palliative care patient through the development, maintenance and support of the relationship between nurses working within residential care facilities, community and community hospitals and the specialist palliative care service (Arohanui Hospice).
Membership
Each organization is to identify two Registered Nurses and a Care Assistant with a passion for palliative care.
We now have a page for members to be able to download documents from meetings held throughout the year.
