Current Volunteer Vacancies
The hospice currently requires volunteer help with the following:
Delivery Truck Drivers, Feilding Shop
Mature truck drivers are required to help with deliveries for our Feilding hospice shop. No HT licence is required, but there is a need to be able to lift heavy items from time to time. It is beneficial if you reside in Palmerston North as the truck will need to be picked up from our Palmerston North store.
Gardeners
We require four volunteers to join our gardening team to maintain our flower gardens. Gardening knowledge is desirable.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Please come and help with housekeeping and laundry duties in our inpatient unit at Heretaunga Street. Various shifts available including some evening and weekend shifts.
