Director Strategy and Operations
As Director Strategy and Operations you will take on a pivotal position in ensuring the ongoing development and achievement of Arohanui Hospice.
Reporting directly to the CE and as a key member of the senior leadership management team the purpose of this role is to provide leadership in the development and implementation of operational performance and the significant development and growth of the Hospice’s fundraising programmes, sponsorships and partnerships.
Key deliverables in this role include:
To be considered for this influential role you will need to demonstrate proven high level management experience with a comprehensive knowledge of business planning and reporting processes. You will have the strategy and business development skills to deliver successful fundraising and sponsorship management outcomes and increase revenue generation. You will also have a comprehensive knowledge of the local environment to support your development of productive strategic partnerships within the business and local community. Fundamental to your success in this position is experience in leading and developing an effective team.
