HR COORDINATOR
We are looking for a person to fill a vital role within our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse workforce. Arohanui Hospice is a special place that values the contributions made by our staff. This is a part time position, five days per week, minimum five hours per day.
Generalist HR
We are looking for a person who exhibits the following qualities and skills:
- At least five substantial years in a generalist HR role and hold a relevant tertiary qualification
- Strongly developed personal attributes including drive, resilience, efficiency, strong ethical values and confidence
- A proven track record of using your influencing and coaching skills to enhance the leadership of our people
- A strong generalist knowledge across HR and sound instincts for managing ER issues
- The ability to provide direction, empower, motivate and develop others to achieve goals
- Extensive experience facilitating change programmes and managing people projects
