Part time – Permanent Position
Hours 10am – 2pm Monday, Thursday and Saturday

Arohanui Hospice provides specialist palliative care for patients living with life limiting illness and support for their families/whanau; within the Manawatu, Tararua, Horowhenua and Rangitikei/Taihape regions.

We have a permanent part time position for an Assistant Manager in our Feilding Shop.  If you have experience in retail work, are prepared and able to help us meet our fundraising targets, have experience managing on your own at times, and have the ability to lead our enthusiastic volunteer staff, we’d love to hear from you.

• Able to demonstrate strong and successful retail experience.
• Able to provide positive customer experience
• Experience in cash handling essential.
• Friendly and approachable manner.
• Able to communicate at all levels and to be fully understood.
• High degree of initiative.
• The ability to organise, manage deadlines and to establish workable systems and processes.
• Able to find solutions and is comfortable with responsibility.
• It is essential that the appointee to this position is able to work flexibly and co-operatively.
