Arohanui Hospice is looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse to take on the role of Palliative Care Nurse: community. We value our nurses and hence salaries are at least on par with Te Whatu Ora. Arohanui Hospice provides specialist palliative care for patients living with life limiting illnesses and support for their families/whanau; within the Manawatu, Tararua, Horowhenua and Rangitikei/Taihape regions. We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to the terminally ill, and support to their families/ whānau.

The palliative care nurse community role involves working directly with patients, families/whanau who are receiving care from Arohanui Hospice. The role is Monday to Friday in business hours, with rotational weekend’s approx. 1 in 8 weekends after a period of orientation.
